The company, TEHNOROS, has its own production base located in a building specially designed for these purposes. Our high-qualified engineers and production personnel allow producing products of any complexity, from single products to medium series. A wide range of technological equipment applied ina closed machine-building cycle to produce from the parts to the finished products. The company is equipped with progressive CNC-Controlled machines.
The company has mastered in production of high-precision parts for complete equipment of fiber-optic survey systems for wells, measuring stands for metallurgists, various problem spare parts for imported equipment from high-alloy steel to hard alloys.
The main product of the company, i.e. X-Ray Radiometric Separator, is designed and manufactured with various modification and ore control stations customized for the customers.Today, separation of complexes of ores, based on our equipment, are applied by more than 40 enterprises in Russia and near abroad e.g. Uchalinsky and Gaiski GOKI, CJSC Orskaya MMC, Vysochaishy JSC (Bodaibo), Samarta district, Sovrudnik LLC, Donskoy GOK, Kazhrom OJSC, Zhayremsky GOK, Pechenganickel OJSC, Norilsk Nickel OJSC and many more.
The company is also equipped with special testing high-tech laboratories. In 2007-2008, the enterprise developed new equipment i.e. ore control station RKS-KM. For this equipment, the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology issued the certificate and approval for the instrument (RU.C.31.005.A; No. 31277).Stations of the RKS-KM type can be used both for control of individual flows and for the organization basis of the Quality Control System for ores.
The need to move forward all time and seek new solutions, in the context of combining production and science, led to establishment of long-term and mutually beneficial contracts with universities in Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk and Yekaterinburg. The main direction of the work is development of new types of geophysical equipment; in particular ore control stations and metal directors.
We unite production and science and today, a full cycle of this combination is developed from the emergence of the ideas and scientific justification to industrial execution. This alliance of science and production has already received concrete positive results.
The field of interest of the company is constantly expanding. In 2009, development and manufacturing of advanced equipment and machinery for the agriculture sector of the province is added to the fields of activity. Today, with participation of Siberian Federal University, production of heavy spring harrows BTM and sorting machines for grain separation by fractions has been developed.
The works of enterprise and the innovations are noted and confirmed by different certificates e.g. Krasnoyarsk Business Incubator (CRITBI), Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE),Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Krasnoyarsk Territory (SPPCC) and many more centers. The company received diploma of “100 Best Goods of Russia” and Bonze diploma of “The Best Innovation of the Year” in 2015.
