The “College of Agriculture & Natural Resources” (UTCAN) on behalf of “University of Tehran” intends to develop:
“VILLAGE OF INNOVATING TECHNOLOGY FOR MODERN AGRICULTURE & FOOD SECURITY” project willing to be developed in 50 Hectares land as the first phase of Mega Project “SMART VILLAGE OF MODERN AGRICULTURE” and is located some 20 KM from Tehran (capital city of Iran) in city of Karaj.
“UTCAN” has awarded the mentioned B.O.O.T project to the “INGP Holding”
The contract comprises BUILD, OWNED, EXCULSIVLY OPERATE and TRANSFER by “INGP Holding”
The project will be performed under supervision by highly qualified project team in accordance with international standards and project specifications
